What are the top 20 undergrad schools that you are referring to? Are you talking about the schools ranked 1 to 20 on US News? Or computer science schools ranked 1 to 20? or what?

If you were talking about top 20 on the US News (http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities &&and&& http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities?_page=2) where Emory University ranks 20, you stand nearly zero chance due to comparatively low ACT and GPA, not to mention poor EC backgrounds.
Why are you trying to go to national top schools? Why don’t you yourself find your own favorite schools that also fit you? If you are comparing yourself to those reach schools only, you won’t get into any college. Find your own match and safety schools.
