Chances at Top 3 UC's

I posted here a couple of weeks ago, but now I have the score from the ACT I took for the first time in December, and I'm not all that certain as to what is "good" or "bad" for the ACT.

So what would my chances be for Berkeley, LA and SD with these new stats?

California Resident~ ELC eligible
4.33 UC GPA
2060 SAT
33 ACT (writing is not in yet, but on the ACT website it said that writing would not affect the composite score? Then why do they even have the writing section?)
790 SAT II US History; 760 SAT II Math 2

EC's
President of Political Forum
President of Philosophy Club
Academic League Team Captain
Varsity Cross-Country

In at all. Maybe slight reach at Berkeley.

Any AP tests and scores?

You should be in at all three schools with those stats.

5’s on AP US, Euro and Calc AB; 4’s on AP Eng Language and Art History and I’m taking four more this year

I think you’re in at all 3. Good luck!

Good GPA, good scores, slightly weak ECs (though great leadership). Do you have any honors/awards?

Berkeley: slight reach
UCLA: high match - match
UCSD: safe match - safety

Are you out of state?

Given the stats, you’re in all 3. Depends on your essay(s) now.

If you applied for L&S, then in at all.

No I’m in state and applied L&S.

For EC’s I’m also a member of the local cycling team and have around 250 hours of community service.

Awards and honors are nothing special, just some stuff for Academic League and Cross-Country and a couple from our local newspaper.

The OP is probably in at all three of those colleges, but Berkeley might be a rejection/deferral. However, the “Bezerkely” rejection is unlikely
