don't heavily trust on me, im not that good at rating chances, though, here it goes:
Boston College: match (?)
Northwestern: kinda reach
U Penn reach
Stanford reach
Swarthmore - very competitive LAC -- slight reach(?)
UCLA reach
UC Berkeley reach
UCSD match
UC Irvine match

just can't tell very well. wait for others to reply also. Good luck!

Well, 2nd in the class is a person with a 2290 SAT and the others close to me have very high scores, but I became valedictorian through hard-work rather than what others may call "critical reading" and test-taking skills.

This is a tough one. Your grades are impressive. Ditto class rank. But your AP grades and SAT scores are simply not up to par for many of the schools on your list. I'd have to say that most of the schools on your list are a reach. Barnard, Northwestern, UPenn, and Stanford are big reaches. Of the rest, Lafeyette is a high match, UCSD is a match, and Irvine is probably a safety. The fact that you're the val in your class, clearly hard working, and a URM will probably help you, and may get you into one or even two of your reaches, but I wouldn't count on it.
