<p>I am a permanent resident Indian who has applied for his citizenship. Born in India & lived there for 5 years, moved to France for 3 years, then lived in Southeast US (Alabama) ever since. Will my location in Alabama somewhat help me get in somewhere?</p>

<p>You should apply to a number of schools. Nothing on your resume really stands out, so you’ll have to do a good job convincing them that you are indeed special and deserve to go to those schools.</p>

<p>That said, you seem to be in the middle of the road score wise, so you shouldnt worry to much about those.</p>
