I finally completed my application (some stuff was missing), and now I am frankly getting really worried because I went to the U.S. News site- I am happy Stanford is #5, but it is very selective- I have heard 80 transfers are accepted from an applicant pool of 1000. So, tell me my chances!

AS you said, Stanford is highly selective, and its anybody's guess whether you would be selected or not. Are you transferring after your freshman or sophomore year? If the former, then emphasis will be on your high school records, and if the latter, on your college record.
You do have a high enough GPA (Stanford asks for above 3.5) and SAT scores (again it strongly recommends every score to be above 650). On the positive side, you have good APs. On the negative, your ECs might not match Stanford's high standards.
But who am I to say anything?
Btw, where are you currently?

u said u havent taken any math classes.....Schools like Stanford really wants their transfers to take available math classes....i guess they can be very picky in that since they have so many applicants....and yes, u should have taken math classes.
