Chances at U Minn

I really want to go to U Minn Twin cities and major in global studies. What are my chances of being accepted?

Right now I have a 4.3 with 3 weighted classes and a 4.03 cumulative.
I meet the criteria for number of math, english, science, etc credits for U Minn.
Some volunteer hours, was a sunday school assistant for a couple months (does that count?), volunteered at a concession stand for an anti-depression club, tutored 3rd graders once a week for half a year
I'm first alto sax in my school's top jazz band this year year (senior year), 1st alto sax in concert bands sophomore and junior year, received first places in state solo/ensemble contests those years, one in Wisconsin and one in Missouri.
Junior year I was in foriegn language club and this year I'm in foriegn language club, future business leaders of America, and Students Working Against Depression. My freshmen and sophomore schools didn't have clubs.
I've been to christian school, homeschool (half of freshman year), and public school during highschool in 2 states
weak point: 25 on the ACT, 1140 on the SAT (can't seem to bring them up)
Let me know if I'm missing something

Minnesota is in the Midwest exchange program, so I can save money for living in Missouri, but the cost of going to school there plus other expenses is still estimated to be about $20,000 a year. What's the chance I could get scholarships?

message bump

I'm sure you will get in without a problem. I live in MN and lots of people get in that have really bad stats. I guess it might depend a little on what specific college you would have to apply to for your major, as some of them are a little harder to get into, but I'd still say that you're GPA is definitely going to help even if your test scores aren't super high.

I agree. You'll go
