I really want to get in but I'm not sure if I have what it takes, and I want to be mentally prepared of likely rejections if I have no chance. I know it's a good school but just how selective are they?

I looked through websites and acceptance rates were between 40-60%, which I think is OK?

And what does Michigan look at MOST in students? Some schools are strictly transcript schools that like to look at mostly SATs and GPAs, some really emphasize extracurriculars and volunteering, some like awesome essays, etc.

My SAT score- 2190 (1480 CR and Math)
GPA- 3.7? (unweighted)
Extracurriculars- a decent amount of awards and activities in music
Common App essay- mediocre
supplemental essays- one good, other mediocre

So is Michigan a huge reach school, or a possible waitlist school, or a likely school?

I really really want to get in but I'm also applying a bit late (now, early December) so I'm really worried.

Also, I'm applying for the preferred admission (Pharmacy).

(out of state, East Asian, female)

Thanks!
