Chances at U of Penn

My dream school is University of Pennsylvania, and I applied regular decision but have no idea if I stand a chance.... Any ideas?

SAT 2220 750 Verbal 740 Math 730 Writing
SAT IIs 770-US History 730-Literature 670-Math
ACT 32
Ranked 1 in my class out 420 4.54 gpa
I have 3 Ap tests (5,4,5) but my school doesn't offer AP classes so I have taken 6 dual enrollment and full load this year
I am VP of National Honors Society, am going to state with We the People Program, am involved with Teen Court, and am on a citizens advisory board regarding juvenile detentions...
I really want this school and to major in political science.... is it possible?

how come you didn't apply ED?

I couldn't take the SAT in time.... I had a state mock trial comp... I had registered for the test then my team won and I was out $40 and chance to do early decision

I should mention too... I am from a small town in AZ. I am like the first person in 5 years to look out of state and really had to fight to take the AP tests... does that hurt too?

No, why would that hurt?

You seem to have a good shot.

Hey thanks... it's so hard to know. My counselor had never filled out the paperwork for a school like Penn, and I lived in her office until the forms got sent out

Being from an unusual area with disadvantages such as the ones you are describing is an advantage for admissions :)
