I'm a junior in high school and I plan on applying for UB's presidential scholarship. My average is a 97.3 UW, 100.3 W, I have a few APs and multiple honors classes. I don't have any volunteer hours but I am doing some this summer. And in early fall. My ACT is 31, and my SAT is 1230 (reading and math). My ECs aren't bad. I have French club for all 4 years, SADD for junior & senior year, president of French club senior year and VP junior, my academic letter, I was a sage scholar this year, honor society, key club 9, wilderness club 9, and that's all I can think of right now. I also have a few college classes through NCCC. If I can get my ACT to a 33 and SAT to 1300 (I plan to study all summer and take them both again in the fall) do I have any chance at all for the presidential scholarship?
