My school only permits taking 1 AP before Junior year- I forgot to mention this on my application, so I guess my AP's might seem kind of wierd, but I took mainly UC-approved honors classes with the exception of orchestra the first 2 years so I hope that will be fine.

In my honest opinion, I think my essays were pretty average. I haven't overcome any hardships or had any life-changing experiences, so I didn't have anything especially striking for me to write about. Probably the weakest part of my application unless early graduation is frowned upon.

Chance me for UCLA/UCB/UCSD please :D

I am going to say match for all. Very impressive academics and okay ec’s will get you in. Based on your test scores though you should’ve taken SAT II tests. Probably would’ve done well.

You’re in for all three. I take it you are in-state?

And personally, having “pretty average” essays without any hardships or life changing experiences seems unique, just because everyone tries overly hard to make their stories so special.

The lack of SAT II’s and perhaps the early grad may not necessarily help you, but I’m sure your stats and such make up for plenty.

Thanks- The uniqueness of not striving to be unique is an interesting thought. And yeah I’m an in-state applicant.
