Thats all that I can think of. I have also gotten an academic pin and letter and am entering a writing contest. I am also kinda fluent in German. These are the colleges that I am applying to:
UChicago, Northwestern, Notre Dame, NYU, Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, Tulane, McGill, and William & Mary.

Sorry that this so long, but any input would be helpful!

Well, doesn’t make much difference what any of us say as far as reach, match, all that. I say that because you have a strong high school record and so there is no reason NOT to apply to any of those schools. You might get into 6 or more, or you might only get into 2. You don’t say if you are in-state for W&M, and I don’t know enough about McGill’s selectivity to comment on them. Tulane I think you are very likely, and the rest who knows.

Top 5% of your high school class is a big plus, and you have challenged yourself well with AP courses. The ACT is a bit on the low side for the most selective schools like Chicago and Northwestern, although certainly they have a fair number of students with that score, 30 being the 25th percentile for Northwestern and 28 being the corresponding number for Chicago. I was surprised it was that low for Chicago, but I know they put a great deal of weight on their famous essay.

Even though I feel sure you will get accepted to Tulane, I would still make sure you apply to some absolute safties. Of course, if you apply to Tulane EA by early October, you will probably hear pretty quickly, maybe by end of October if they have all your materials. Then you would know you have at least one. Are finances an issue?

UChicago, Northwestern, Notre Dame, NYU, Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, Tulane, McGill, and William & Mary.

Tulane is the one you’ll most likely be admitted to, the rest seem all reaches with the exception of William and Mary depending if you live in Virginia, but that is a also a likely match.

Chance me please?

Chicago’s 25th-percentile ACT is 30, and its 75th-percentile is 34. College Board’s statistics are EXTREMELY outdated.

Might look at Holy Cross-very good school with nice campus-1 hour from Boston. HC is easier to get into than Notre Dame.

Thanks for that update phuriku. I also looked at the Princeton Review profile, and it also said 28. Can’t be that outdated, maybe by a year. Anyway, it did sound low, those 2014 numbers are more what I would have expected.

For me, William and Mary is out of state. Will that make a difference in admissions decisions? Oh yes, and finances are kind of an issue. I am thinking about applying for an ROTC scholarship, so if I get that, I think that I will be able to go to any of the universities that I am accepted to.
