<p>Hey I'm just using my friends account and I just wanted to see what my chances, if any, are if I were to apply to UC Santa Barbara, UCLA, or UC Berkeley next year. I've heard that it's like close to $100 for an application so if I don't even have a chance why waste the money right? Please give me a chance of getting in on a scale of 1-100 and I will do the same to any post you link in your comment, thanks!
