Chances at UCLA as an Out of State?

Hey guys, I'm currently attending Rutgers University New Brunswick in New Jersey as a sophomore and hope to transfer next year. I'm a Computer Science major and I currently have a 3.7 GPA with A's in a lot of upper level math electives and beginner-level programming courses, and relatively similar grades in my gen-eds. I think after this Fall semester, I should have a relatively similar GPA.

I have a 2200 SAT and good SAT2 scores as well - my GPA was just crap in high school in my first two years, and I hope the fact that I've been able to maintain a high one in college should show I've changed that.

I've heard how difficult it can be to get into UCLA as a transfer, especially from out of state - and I know their engineering school is especially selective. Do you guys think I have a chance?

CS is extremely hard to transfer into regardless of OOS status. UCLA does not care about SAT I or II for admission.

This website has information on the numbers for CS and the numbers of OOS transfers in general.

If you still want to apply, the deadline is this November. You might also want to double check that you are not over the unit limit.
