<p>You never know what the UC system is up to. This is because they are really RANDOM in choosing their students. Some get into Berkeley but not into Irvine or even Santa Barbara. With that said, I don't think you will get in. I'm saying this because in-state students need to achieve a 3.8 minimum to even be considered in getting in. I'd imagine out of state students should have a higher GPA. Like I said apply anyways because the UC system is really random.</p>
