<p>Your SAT’s are not great, but your ACT is better (especially the Math).
I don’t know much about IB grades, but they seem good i think.
Since you are applying for physics your Test scores are pretty weak.
But too be honest, UC’s are big public schools and they love students paying full Out of state tuition, a lot of people tend to not believe this, but it’s true. So if you’re not demanding any aid, you’ll have good advantage to compensate.
UCLA is very hard to get in though, you shoulf consider all UC’s.</p>

I advise that you put more effort into your SAT/ACT scores. You will increase your chances significantly if you just boost your SAT by 200 points and ACT by 2-3 points. All the UC schools are very competitive so do not be devastated if you do not get into any. Your GPA at a 3.75 UW is not the main concern. Just get those test scores up :)</p>
