Colleges:
UCLA
UCB
UCSD
Cornell
Johns Hopkins
USC
Caltech early

And btw, what scores do you need to qualify for some of the usc scholarships?

UCB: Match (in state)
UCLA: Match (in state)
UCSD: Safe Match (in state)
USC: Safe Match
Cornell: Match-Slight Reach
John Hopkins: Match-Slight Reach
Cal Tech: Reach

Those are some excellent stats! Best of luck!

UCLA--match
UCB--match
UCSD--safe match
Cornell--match
Johns Hopkins--match
USC--safe match
Caltech early--reach for everyone, and you could use about a 2200+ on the SAT Is to have a good shot. However, these schools often overlook the test scores and concentrate on the essays, scientific accomplishments to date, and "passion" factor. The fact that you are applying early really helps.

Good luck.
