I have had all A's for all of high school so far. I am a junior. I don't have any sports, but i have a lot of extracurricular activities. I volunteer at UCLA, have a few clubs, and work part time as a tutor for my school. By the end of senior year i will have 6 or 7 aps. Are sports important? Furthermore, I am going to go on another program in stanford or uc davis for biological research over the summer. I really want to get into ucla because it has everything i ever wanted in a school. It is especially very close to my house. I participate in sports outside of school by the way. Will i be able to include that? WHAT IF I ******** AND SAY THAT I PARTICIPATED IN MANY SPORTS COMPETITIONS OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL, BUT I NEED TO FOCUS ON MY EDUCATION DURING SCHOOL? thank you for all of your responses.

2 years for baseball becuase i transfered Junior year to a school with a much tougher baseball program that i probably couldnt make. So i joined track, which is during baseball season instead.
