chances at uconn.. help appreciated :)

I'm a senior in highschool,
I live out of state, Missouri, but have a parent living in CT,
so I'd be going for in-state tuition, (does this make a difference in my chances?)
Also, I lived in Arkansas for my sophomore-junior years.

GPA: 3.42 (weighted)
ACT: 28, taking that again.
Class rank: 30%

I have taken 2 AP classes, APUSH and AP Language & Comp, and made a 3 and 4 on the tests, respectively.
Currently taking AP Psych, AP Lit, Honors Anatomy and Physiology, and Honors Earth Science.
9th-10th I was in either pre-AP or honors English courses.

Bonus stuff :
Sophomore year: I tested out of Spanish I and won the Spanish III Honors award (I also have a half credit of Latin, Uconn recommends 3 years of foreign language) and was on the soccer team, recorded an album in a studio.
Junior year: Some community service with Red Cross and Make a Wish foundation, worked in a cafe as a waitress, competed in Model UN and We The People, was accepted into and attended a 6-week residential summer program called Governor's School, specializing in Social Science.
Senior year: I'm in various clubs, (GSA, Art, Conservation, Spanish & German,) and participating in Model UN and community service.
