<p>Let me get started on my stats...you all know the drill.
white caucasion male..senior at competitive public school in MA
perfect MCAS score (yeah, I know...useless)
2030 SAT score (740 writing, 630 CR, 670 math)...I will do better next time
taking ACT in oct.
680 on chem sat, 3 on AP exam (probably wont retake...I hate chem)
600 on math iic (LOL...retaking because of bubbling error which F#cking CB wouldn't rescore)
740 sat on physics
taking AP physics B, AP calc AB, AP Bio this year (highest school offers)
RECs in good shape
gpa: 3.96 UW, something pretty high weighted
Rank: 4/215</p>

varsity x-country-lettered all 3 years...made eastern all-states sophmore year
I write x-country articles in the local newspaper (yeah, its worthless)
band/jazzband- lead alto in both groups; missed districts by 1 point :(
chorus- 2 years bass
interact- comm. service group for 4 years
acadec- 2 years...maybe a medal or two
life scout
hospital volunteer ~120 hours
volunteered for UNICEF ~20 hours
NHS- 2 years vice president (can't join til soph. year)</p>

Brooks pharmacy, summer employment
DCR all-state band...auditioned to get in. Perform across state.. was part of the civic program sponsored by the department of recreation.
Tutoring an older lady in chemistry</p>

<p>you'll probably get into the honors programs at uconn and umass. you're in at northeastern and illinois.</p>

<p>I dont know about others, but you have a great chance at WPI and RPI, if your SAT score was about 100-150 points higher, you can probably be sure.</p>
