<p>Hey y'all.</p>

<p>I'm applying to:
UC Berkeley

UC Irvine
UC Los Angeles [top choice]
UC San Diego
UC Santa Barbara
UC Santa Cruz</p>

<p>Major: Neurobiology/physiology more or less for each school.</p>

<p>avg unweighted: 3.96
avg weighted: 4.00-4.05</p>

<p>freshman year gpa: 4.0
sophomore year gpa: 3.86
junior year gpa: 4.3
Senior year gpa: anticipating a 4.5</p>

<p>8 AP's under my belt by the end of senior year plus two AP level classes [ap gov/econ] I took at the local community college as UC transferable classes.</p>

<p>I am also taking Independent Research, a upper division biotech class where I have an industry level project that I optimize.</p>

also: did dance for four years and am now in "advanced dance" at my school..but that's a class...and even though we do a lot outside of school stuff...i don't think it counts as EC? idk...any answers</p>

<p>^I wouldn’t call UCI, UCSB, and UCD safeties unless you are an ELC applicant. I’d probably consider them low matches so your chances are almost a sure thing. I’d consider UCSD a match, UCLA a high match or low reach, and UCB a low reach. Good luck! <p>lol this is like a year later…but just a by the way: I ended up going to UC Berkeley. Got into all the colleges I applied to except UCLA and UCSD. Thanks for the chances…means a lot!</p>
