Chances at UCs, USC?

I'd really appreciate your guys' help on this! I've got some questions mixed in here because I'm not too sure about a lot of things involved in the process...

4.19 GPA augmented, 3.87 non-augmented (If someone could help me calculate my UC GPA, I'd love that...this is for grades 10-12)
Rank 23 out of 510 at a pretty competetive school
9 AP classes, 2 honors classes

Exams :
SAT I : 1360 (will re-take at least once) - Math 640 Verbal 720
SAT IIs : 750 US History 720 Writing 640 Math IIC
APs : US History 5
European History 4
Biology 4
Spanish Language 5
English Language and Composition 5
Will take Environmental Science, Calculus AB, Government & Politics (US + Comparative), English Literature in May

ECs :
Tennis (3 years)
KEY Club (2 years)
Science Olympiad (3 years)
Marching Band (1 year)
Model United Nations (2 years just as a participant)
CSF (Lifetime member)
Volunteer work at Blood Center, Library (Roughly 50 hours?)
Mexico outreach trip with church for a week (3 years) - Would this count as community service?

Awards :
Governor's Scholarship Award
Science Olympiad (Various medals in regional/state competitions)
Golden State Exam (Not even sure what I got, any way to find out? Should I not put it down unless I know exactly what it was?)

Not sure exactly how much this counts, but my first language is not English, and for reference I am indeed a California resident. My mother has some credits at community college and my father has no college education.

Also, I'm almost sure I want to major in business, especially at USC...and that could potentially involve a lot of math. Do you guys think that my SAT II math score needs to go up a whole lot? Thanks!

JP87:

UCLA/UCB: Slight Reach
USC: Match
UCSD: Safe Match
UCD/UCSB/UCI: Safety
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Super Safety

Thanks a ton flopsy. I hope USC is a match...and hopefully I can get the money to pay for the $40k/year of it! Yikes!

Are you a CA resident. And if you are are you in ELC (top 4% of HS) that makes a big difference. If i were you dont worry about SAT I try to get Writing and Math IIC up a little, UC's weigh those twice as much.

Bump this with updated SAT score : 680 math / 770 verbal.

Yes, I am a CA resident.

Any more opinions on this? Pleeeeease, I want to know if I realistically have a shot at these schools...I'd appreciate any type of input.
