Chances at UC's?

State or Country: California</p>

<p>SAT I: 470 CR 520 M 540 W = 1530
SAT IIs 570 Biology E 590 U.S. History
ACT: 21 E 26 M 25 R 23 S 22 Combined E/W = 24
*I know I have really low test scores...</p>

<p>GPA: 4.71 W 3.96 UW (one B :/ that totally messed up my GPA)
Rank: With an overall weighted GPA I am ranked 5/475</p>

<p>Extras:
-PR for Interact club one year and President for the club this year
-Tennis for two years, and if including this year, 3 (was on JV for two years, hoping to move up to V this year)
-NHS/CSF</p>

<p>I would like know what my chances are at the UC's (UCLA, UCI, UCSD, etc.) and USC. I am going to be retaking my SATs in October, and possibly the ACT. I do know I have to bump up my SAT score in order to increase my chances but, what would my chances be with my current stats?</p>

<p>The UC system has so many applicants, especially UCLA and Berkeley, not having high test scores will definitely hurt your chances. From what I’ve heard SAT scores are equally important as GPA and those are essentially the largest factors due to the sheer number of applicants</p>
