Chances at UCs

Basically, I fail at life, but I was hoping if you'd chance me anyway.
I'm an Asian (Vietnamese) Sophomore and I've lived in CA my whole life, attended 6 schools and currently attend a relatively competitive high school.

These are my horrible stats.

Freshman year GPA/Classes
Biology
Health/World History 1
Geometry
PE
Spanish 2
English 9
First semester: 3.6
Second Semester: 3.3

Sophomore year
Chemistry
Algebra 2
Spanish 3
Speech & Debate
AP European History
Photo
English 10
First semester: 3.1 (Yes, I fail)
Second Semester: 3.8 (Projected)

Junior year
(These are the classes I'm in for next year)
Honors Anatomy and Physiology
AP Biology
AP US History
Advanced Photo
Advanced Speech & Debate
Trignometry
English 11

Senior year (Projected class load)
AP Literature
AP Government
AP Economics
AP Enviromental Science
AP Statistics
Advanced Speech and Debate
Yoga (I need my other 10 PE credits)

Summer Classes at Community College
(This summer)
Introduction to Business
General Psychology
(Projected A's)
I don't know what I'm gonna take my summer before senior year, but I'm probably going to take at least 2.

My extra curriculars are pretty lame also.
Karate for roughly 7-8 years.
Freshman JV swim team
Speech and Debate
(Does photography camp and speech and debate camp at Stanford count?) -_-
(I do plan to add. =X)

SAT / SATII / AP
SAT: I haven't taken it yet, but I do a comprehensive SAT course and my last score was a 1960. I'm aiming for higher than 2000.
SATII: I plan on taking US History and Biology. Hopefully scoring above 750.
AP: I'm relatively confident I got at least a 4 on the AP euro test I took last month.

If you could chance me at any of the UCs.
I know that UCLA and UC Berkeley are a crazy reach for me.
I guess I'm just shooting for anything I can get.
UCSD (what I'm aiming for)
UCI
UCD
USC
UCSB
UCSF

if you think Merced or Riverside is all I can get, please tell me. =X

Thank youuu!
Please be honest.

UCLA/Berkeley: big reach
UCSD: reach
UCI/UCD/UCSB: slight reach
USC: reach
UCM/UCR: match

UCSF is a med school (graduates only).

The UCs are really big on GPA. Maybe if you got the projected 3.8, UCSB/UCI/UCD would be a match. If you work really hard junior year and do really well (like 4.0 or damn near it), UCSD *might *happen.
