Chances at UCSD, UCD, and UCI?

Hey! Well Scores are in... and mine were where I thought they would be. I am not a strong applicant as I know already, but I want to see how I stand. Anyhow these are my stats as of now.

Average GPA: 3.73
Class Rank: 72/596 (13%)

SAT I's:
Critical Reading - 550
Math - 710
Writing - 580
Total: 1840

SAT II's:
Math IIC - 710
French - TBD

Extra Curriculars:
President of a YMCA service club
Secretary of Press of ASB
Vice President of Inter Club Board
Secretary of Prexy
4 Years being in the School Newspaper
3 Years of French Club
3 Years of Math Club
3 Years of CSF (California Scholarship Federation)
2 Years of Badminton
2 Years of Calculus Club
1 Year of Robotics (Senior Year)
1 Year of Computer Engineering Club (Senior Year)
1 Year of Key Club (Freshmen Year)
Class Committees (Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior)

Community Service Hours: I am in a YMCA Community Service Club that does 5-10 hours of service on a weekly basis. I have been in this Club for 3 years.

Any other factors:
I'm currently enrolled in Calculus BC (Hopefully it helps)
Calculus AB AP score - 5

Major: Computer Science and Engineering

I was wondering how I stand?
I am retaking SAT I's in November and I'm retaking SAT II's (Math and French) in December.

UCSD - match
UCD, UCI - safe match

Sylense:

UCSD: Reach (Engineering)
UCI/UCD: Slight Reach (Engineering)

If I managed to pull off a 1900 on the SATs, would that increase my chances of Engineering in the 3 UCs I mentioned above?

Engineering is a highly impacted major...only the best are accepted .if you show extremely good scores in all your math and science course (plus get a really good science and math SAT II's) then I think you would have a really really good chance

Well... honestly, taking a science for SAT II's is out of the question, I cant remember anything from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

The only other subject I excel at is French... I wish I head learned more from Physics, but the teacher I had was retiring that year, he was old and had some sort of alzheimers (spelling?). I struggled so hard with that class.

I know it is highly impacted... It's the only major I'm interested it, if there's anyway I can change "Reach" to a "Match" I'll do it. I'll even pick up a Physics SAT II book and study...
