<p>GPA that you posted is too low for most UCs without excellent SATs. SDSU is getting more competitive to get into as well, but if you score in the 1700s (or maybe not quite that high, but around there) on the SAT and bring your GPA up a bit, you should be fine. You may also want to check out CSU Long Beach (great reputation and a fun school from what I've heard) or CSU Fullerton, which also has solid programs. Both are located in SoCal, and would probably be safeties for you. Best of Luck!</p>
