Chances at UF, FSU, and UCF

What do you think my chances of being accepted to UF, FSU, or UCF? I am hoping for UF, but have seen many get denied with higher stats then me here.

In State

GPA:
W: 3.8
U: 3.5

Ethnic background: Asian

SAT: Best combined score of 1700. I have taken it 3 times and that’s the best I can seem to do :(

AP classes:

English Lang
Chem
Next Year:
Gov
Physics
English Lit

Rank: 10/82 (Small School)

EC:
Beta
NHS

Do not know if this would count as EC, but I took two computer certification tests at the school and received the Comptia A+ Hardware/Software Certification and the RBT Copper Cabling certification.

Since the October SAT Date is after the ED deadline for UF, is it to late to take it for ED?

Thanks.

i'm in the same boat with asking people for chances at UF, so I cant help you out there....
but as for the October SAT regard ED, I am also in the same boat...I think you can take that SAT and have the scores rushed to UF or something ($5 from collegeboard maybe?) and they will get there...you may not even have to rush them there, but regardless i am 90% sure that if you take the Oct. SATs, they will make there way onto the ED transcript at UF

Did you try taking the ACT?

UF - Slight Reach to Reach - Improving test scores will increase your chances
FSU - Match
UCF - Match

If you look at this: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=142162
There are a couple people with lower stats that got into UF, while some with higher were deferred.

I am going to try ACT on September 16 and SAT on October 2 for the last time. I hope can get at least a 1270 on the SAT for the 100% Bright future scholarship. Forgot to mention I have about 80 hours of community service.
