Chances at UF or FSU?

Hey guys. Im currently about to enter my junior year of high school in about 2 weeks. My first 2 years in high school haven’t been amazing, not because I’m not smart enough, mainly because I’m a bit lazy. I currently have a 3.1 gpa and I’m not too sure about my hpa. I realize that this is my final year to step it up. This year I’m taking 5 AICE classes and an 110% determined to get A’s in every one of them. I calculated what my gpa would be if I were to get A’s my both semesters junior year and it came out to be a 3.4 (correct me if I’m wrong) and for my hpa a 3.79 so about a 3.8. Im also studying very hard for the SAT and ACT. Ive studied all summer and am confident that I will do well. Lets just say, that I get a 1300 on the SAT (new SAT in March 2016 out of 1600) and a 32 on ACT. Ive joined 5 clubs throughout high school and have 100+ community service hours. If everything goes how I want it go this year, are my numbers enough for admission at UF? My brother is a junior at UF at the moment, Im not sure if this helps my chances but id thought id put it out there. I also live in Florida. (Im mainly interested in UF)
