<p>Calm down! lol, your stressing ME out lol. Listen take a breath, UF looks at you as a person, so don’t stress over your scores and GPA. Crazy I’m telling you this since, I stress about it too lol. If you have good EC’s and wrote a kick butt essay, then maybe you have a chance:) Only feb 11th will settle all the dust were all kicking up lol. I hope you get in though:) good luck!</p>

<p>Well I don’t want to restate what many others posters have said, so I’ll say this: be optimistic despite the odds against you!</p>

<p>I’m very sad right now. I just took the SAT again and studied this time and think I did awesome; especially on the writing. (used it for FSU) I wish I could use it for UF. As you saw I have a 23 ACT and 1600 SAT. And would me getting a 24 really make a difference for UF? Superscored I had a 24 for FSU. And I know if I took the ACT again I would have scored much higher. Not finishing the science section in the amount of time killed me and now I think I would have it under control plus do better on the other sections.</p>
<p>Oh yeah, one more thing. I have a 1600 SAT and that falls literally on the dot of where 39.8% got in. When doing admissions would that help me falling into that range? Or do they not really go by that? UF Admissions</p>
<p>Besides the 4.2 UF GPA I mentioned, I have a 3.83 UW.
I have an Essay 8 on the ACT if that means anything.</p>
<p>I think you should be happy with UCF. It’s a great school. If UF looks at your resume and not at your score you’ll be fine. Whatever it is it is. You can’t improve anything now. I have a 29 on the ACT. 30 superscore, and I don’t know if I got accepted.</p>

<p>I’m so nervous to hear from UF. my school does GPA differently so I have a 4.5 weighted but that is still only in the top 30% of my school because I go to one of the top public schools in MA so everyone is really smart! my SATs are 1770 and my EC’s are fine. The main thing I’m relying on is my essay. it’s about how I was an obese child in fourth grade but then motivated myself to go to fat camp and lose weight and I have changed my life since then and have kept the weight off and now wake up at 5 to go to the gym before school so I have time for hw after school. I also said how I research healthy dieting techniques every night. I want to be excepted into there dietetics major so badly!!! I’m sorry if what I just wrote was incoherent. I wrote it all on my tiny phone screen.

<p>I think you have a shot for summer. Did you look at your test scores on ISIS to make sure they are correct? I looked and mine and my total SAT score was incorrect. I called a few days ago and they said it was a typo. meanwhile, you said you were accepted to FSU, did you pay for a dorm yet?</p>
<p>Got into UCF for fall. I just applied 2nd round for FSU find out March and they basically told me over the phone that I’m probably in. They said bring up your scores a by and you might get into the honors program. So only FSU gets the 24 ACT and the better SAT score and 1 point up Essay score. Ugh… It bothers me how I didn’t have this in time for UF test score deadline.</p>
<p>I didn’t check there for my test scores, but my dad called like 4 times while I was in school since December to confirm. Ha.</p>
