Chances at UF?

I'm currently a junior who is wrapping up my final quarter of the year. Here is what my UFGPA will be once I'm finished with this year, I'm on track to get all As.... 4.11 weighted.

I have taken 21 academic classes up to my junior year. I know they look at your schedule for senior year but I'm not sure if they add those classes to your academic class count? My academic classes I'll be taking next year are...
AP Enviro
AP Macro
AP Gov
Biology Dual Enrollment
Statistics DE
Abnormal Psycholoy DE
*currently undecided on my last DE course
Spanish 3 Honors
Anatomy Honors

I'm in the top 10-15% of my class, with over 500 students in my class.

I have great extracurriculars:
Cheer(9th Freshman, 10th JV-awarded that year, 11th and 12th varsity)
Lacrosse(9th and 10th JV- awarded 10th grade, 11th and 12th varsity)
Student Council (9th, 11th and 12th secretary, 10th senator)
Mu Alpha Theta (9th and 10th)
National Honors Society(11th and 12th *will be running for a position in the club)
Young Democrats (11th and 12th)

Volunteering:
Local Science Center (will have over 100 hours after summer)
A local center for children who have suffered the death of a close relative (will have 25 hours after summer)
I have volunteered with my church for 3 summers (75 hours)
I have over 30 hours from volunteering at events with my cheer team

I've taken the SAT once and I was not happy with my scores they were very low. I have a private tutor now and I'm working on improving my scores.
In the 7th grade I was invited by the Duke TIP to take the ACTs and I scored in the top 2% of the state and got invited to a ceremony at UF to get recognized as a top scholar.

UF is my dream and my top school but I'm not sure if it's in my reach. I'm very worried but I'm trying to stay confident and positive. What do any of you think?

Additional info:
Grades up to end of Jr year-
24 As
15 Bs
2 Cs (1 in 8th grade and 1 in 9th)

Overall the trend of my grades have improved every semester!

What does a “top 2% ACT score in Florida” mean in absolute terms?

There were over 1000 students in the state that took the ACT that were in the Duke program and I scored in the top 2% of all the test takers.

It’s not the size of the test-taking pool but the score that interests me most; once I have that ACT score I will be able to chance you.

If your UFGPA is 4.11, you stand a good chance at UF provided top-2% means ~30.

My composite score was a 22 which I know isn’t good now, but for a 7th grader I figured that wasn’t too bad

Maybe you will score a lot better than a 22 now…

I’m sure I will, that was from five years ago
