I am a Junior in high school right now with a 3.3 GPA and a 1890 SAT score. I have straight As right now and am hoping to pull up my GPA a bit more and take the SAT again. I have taken 6 AP classes and am currently in the IB program (certificate, IB History of America, IB
Lang, IB Spanish, all HL). I am in Student Council, the Interact club (recycling club), Spanish Honors Society, and I have trained in classical dance for 10 years. I have also conducted an MYP project for IB that included fundraising which got me a top 5 MYP project award. I have also volunteered at 2 hospitals earning over 100 volunteer hours. Please give your opinions on my chances at any Georgia or Alabama schools, especially UGA and Auburn.

UGA: Match
Auburn: Low match

I’d also like to add that I have taken all gifted and honors classes (other than AP and IB)

Auburn is a safety then.

UGA is a match and Auburn’s a safety. You should try to raise your SAT score for UGA though, since you fall in the middle of their range and it’s safer to be at the top of their range. Your extracurriculars look great for both schools.

You will more than likely get into both, especially Auburn! Good Sat Score!

You have a very good chance! Please try to bring up the GPA. You’ll be fine. Well done

If your essays are really good, you’re in both.

Writing is one of my strong points, so i’m hoping!

Pretty good chance at both! Good luck

Sent from my Zio using CC

Bump! Any more suggestions? I will chance back.

You’re bound to get accepted to Auburn, and Georgia won’t be a problem. Raise the SAT score for Georgia so that you’re in the upper percentage and can get more scholarships. Good luck!

I think that your in both schools, with well thought out essays. I know some people who got into auburn with stats much worse… looks good

Likely for both
