<p>Hi, I'm a Hispanic (1/4) male from Illinois (instate for UIUC) and I was curious of my chance of acceptance to U of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, U Indiana, SLU, and Purdue (not engineering).

4.3 W (5.0 being the highest with straight As in all honors classes)
Nearly all honors classes
82/592 class rank (top 15%)
Spanish club, NHS, EHS, science honor society, Hope club, 50+ volunteer hrs, and I have also held a job (25 hrs a week) since the beginning of my jr year.

<p>I know for sure Purdue and Illinois are your best bets haha you’ve got a solid chance. As for the others, I don’t know:/ </p>
<p>I would say you have a really good chance for Indiana and for UIUC! I don’t know about the other school. Just make sure you have really good essays for U of I because they supposedly look at the individual as a whole more so than other schools! Good luck and thanks for answering my question! :)</p>

As for your chances, you have a pretty good shot at Illinois and Purdue.The only offsetting thing is the difference between your UW and W GPA. The fact that you’ve taken mostly honors courses makes up for it though </p>
