<p>3.5 Michigan GPA, 32 ACT (I would send the ACT as it is relatively better than your SAT), tough classes...Michigan is a match/slight reach for you.</p>

<p>How is the UMich GPA calculated?</p>

<p>Take all your soph/junior grades...then take out all weighting...take only academic classes (i.e. no gym, art, band, etc.) then make every 'A' worth 4 points and 'B' worth 3, and 'C' worth 2. Add up your point total then get the average...</p>
