I heard UMich doesn’t superscore. But I think you will make it.
Also, University of Illinois says that they do not superscore the ACT. However, they say “*Colleges will often evaluate results from the sub-scores (English, Math, etc.). If an applicant submits scores from more than one test date, the highest sub-score(s) will be used in this evaluation.” *
For UIUC, 50% of ACT for ENGINEERING is 31-34. Other undergraduates are lower than that. That being said, you are in top 25% in U of I even in the hardest undergraduate school to get in. You will make it.

I think for UF you’re basically a perfect applicant lol - They say on [University of Florida - Admissions](Freshman - How To Apply - University of Florida) that they accept 81.2% of people with a GPA that high, and that their average ACT is 27-29… So, I think the real question is if you can get in their honors program BUT thats my opinion; be wary of them because there have been rumors that their admissions are arbitrary, althought no one knows the truth behind that.
