Chances at UNC Chapel Hill?

<p>I'm a rising senior and I'm hoping someone will chance me for carolina. It's my dream school. </p>

<p>Class Rank: 2/300
GPA: 4.0 (unweighted), 4.77 (weighted)
APs: environmental science (5), statistics (3), English language and composition (5), and I'm taking calculus AB and BC this year
ACT: 30 composite, 31 in writing, 34 in reading, 29 in math, 25 science
ECs: president and founder of environmental club, Vice President of NHS, student government representative, and key club member
Community service: 70 hours</p>

<p>I'm in state and I don't know if it matters at UNC but I'm a legacy (my mom went) and a minority. </p>

<p>I think you’re a good fit for carolina. Everything, especially your class rank and gpa, are very good. If you wanted to feel better about your application I would try and retake the ACT to get a higher score, UNC’s midrange for the ACT is a 28-33. I’m actually another in state minority applying, and both of those things should be a plus as well. Good luck!</p>
