Chances at University of Illinois Urbana

I’m an Indian student currently in grade 11. I want to know my chances at University of Illinois Urbana for the computer science undergraduate course.
Grade 10 : 7.6cgpa
Though this seems low, our school had a tough grading system with only 1 student with a 10cgpa. I rank about average, and I have good grades in maths and science
Grade 11 : 70%
Took science stream with computer science
(A’s in maths and computer science)
Grade 12 : 90%
SAT : 2000
EC’s : Will get selected for Microsoft student ambassador programme and got an opportunity to visit its main office.
Made schools website and app which is accredited by the British council.
Made a school learning system website.
Various competitions won in programming

I will get really good LORs because I was a top student in computer science which is my passion.

I didn’t do well in 10th but I started improving and finally did well in 12th.

What are my chances?
Even at Canadian universities?

In the beginning of the post you said you are currently in grade 11. And in the end you say ’ finally did well in 12th’ . How can you already do well in 12th when you are still in grade 11?

UIUC will be a reach for you. Because of your low grades. Their CS program is one of the most competitive and difficult to get into. Good grades in math and science is a good sign, but your CGPA/percentage need to be higher.

BTW UIUC does not require LoRs

Actually, UIUC does not even read/accept LORs.
Besides, they have multiple CS programs in Engineering and LAS. They are all very competitive though. OP’s GPA and test score are both low for them.
