<p>SAT: 620 M 540 V -- retook October 14th and I'm confident I raised the verbal to at least 560</p>
<p>Rank: 22/182 (top 12%)</p>
<p>Work experience: Will have held down cashier job for a few months when I apply</p>
<p>ECs: Poor (a little volunteer work)</p>
<p>How do they look?</p>
<p>Id say around a match. Your GPA is ok, but your SATs are kind of weak. AP or honors classes?</p>
<p>AP English and AP Government. 6 or so other honors classes throughout high school.</p>

<p>After getting my SAT results back from my 2nd time taking it, here are my updated stats. Does PSU take the highest score from each section if you do multiple sittings? If so, here are my updated stats:</p>

<p>My understanding is that PSU takes the best score from one sitting - not a combination of best scores from various settings like most schools.</p>
