Chances at uPenn ED (SEAS)

I really would like to goto Penn! I would appreciate it if you guys can "chance" me for Upenn at School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

GPA weighted: 4.04 (I know. It's really low. But all my sciences/maths were A's, if that helps haha..)
-all APs and honors courses are 5s.

SAT (one sitting): 2200 (800 math, 790 writing, 610 reading)
-my reading will go up when i take them again in october.

SAT II
-Math Level II: 800
-Biology Molecular: 750
-Korean with listening: 800
-Chemistry: 740
-Physics (freshman year): 710

APs:
-Calculus AB: 5
-Calculus BC: 5 (AB subscore: 5)
-Statistics: 5
And I'm taking Physics C and Chemistry now. I finished my school's math curriculum in my junior year, and now I am doing an independent study with a teacher in Multivariable Calculus (i guess you can call it Calc 3).

School background:
-prep school in PA. uPenn is known to accept a lot from our school. Our graduating class size is typically 110-120, and 14 were accepted last year. Not many classes outside of 5 core subjects. Classes are tough as you would expect them to be in a prep school.

ECs:
-National Cancer Institute Internship (2010)
-Research at Temple Medical School (my research is guaranteed to be published, but not in time for Penn ED)
-Research internship at Jefferson Hospital (researched, shadowed doctors, and listened to lectures guided towards/with first year medical students at Jefferson University)
-Worked at an accounting office since freshman year.
-Tennis team captain junior year, and senior year. Varsity all 4 years (2nd singles jr year. We placed 3rd in the toughest league in PA. I made the All-League team)
-Science National Honors society
-Science Research (2nd award at PA Junior Academy of Science State Comp.)
-Cello (Select strings)

Chance me please? Will my GPA be forgiven by other parts?

Thanks!!

Anyone? What about my chances for Regular Decision?

You have a decent shot, the the 610 on reading is really low for Penn though, try to bring it up to a 700+ if not, at least a 650+.
