I want to know what you guys think about my chances at getting in to UPenn ED. I'm no legacy, my stats (SAT) isn't nothing special compared with the rest of the bunch, but I'm DYING!! to get it. The school was mde for me :)..lol. So do you guys think i have a decent shot? Any advice on what i can do to maybe increase my chances at admission?

ps: If it helps Rudy Fuller, Mens Soccer Coach at UPenn, has spoken to me and it seems he's interested in recruiting as he's come to my games and is coming to my tournaments. I don't know for sure because under the NCAA rules i can't legally speak with him untill June. But yea....

THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!

You have an excellent chance, especially since you are undoubtedly going to be recruited as a athlete by the soccer team.

Anyway, your only questionable call is whether to apply for Wharton or not. If you do, then you may not make it in (you would be about 40% at Wharton in my opinion), whereas you are 55% at Penn in L&S.

Best of success.

Ohh calcruzer I forgot to add that I'm applying for the DMD major in SEAS...School of Engineering and Applied Science

Write some good essays and get a 32 ACT and you have an amazing shot. God knows how much URM helps because I saw a URM legacy deferred then rejected here on CC. I say that if the coach pulls enough for you, you should get into Penn.

Edit: You can get into SEAS without being recruited considering the minority status and ECs, but the coach should help a lot.
