<p>You're putting a lot of hope on ECs/Awards. If you do well in Westinghouse, you'll have a better chance, but right now, your app is academically weak...</p>

<p>If you want to go to California, Harvey Mudd would be a good choice. It's easier to get into than Ivy/Caltech/MIT/Stanford, and it provides a great education.</p>

<p>GPA will hurt you. Make Rice your reach school. Your SATs are really high, so also go with UCs and some good state schools. Unfortunately, your GPA will hurt a lot, no matter how hard your school is, when it comes to the Ivies.</p>
