<p>U Penn is a high reach. GPA and EC’s are not where they need to be. SAT’s are a little lower than what average at U Penn is. Apply anyway and see what happens obviously chances of getting in are 0 if you don’t apply
The rest are matches and safeties.</p>

<p>U Penn is probably a high match or low reach because of the legacy, if you ED I would say you have a 85% chance of getting in. the rest you are in, however try to get a good ACT so you have EXCELLENT chances at U Penn, but you are in great shape. </p>
