Chances at UPENN, NYU, and Georgetown

Hey, I really want to know if I can get into these schools, along with UMiami and Maryland-CP.

Scores:
ACT-29 (taking twice more)
SAT: M-680 CR-580 W-590 (only took once and I am studying so hard, will take once more)
SAT II's: Math II-760 Physics-650

GPA: 3.7 unweighted, but I am in all honors courses.

EC:
Spanish club-2 years
Knowledge/Quiz bowl-3 years and co-captain (we won lots of tournaments)
Cross Country- 3 years varsity and captain
Track (indoor and outdoor)- 3 years varsity and captain

Took AP Calc AB - scores are unknown
I have 9 college credits from various colleges. (most are from my local CC)

Went to China with Duke to study global econ last summer.
Spent two years at Summer Institute for the Gifted in 2005 and 2006.
In 2007 I went to Australia for a home-stay and community service.
Possibly running track/cross country in college.
Have a job at the local sporting goods store.
Disabled (if that helps)
Looking to major in international business with in a double minor in econ and mandarin.
I have volunteered at Give Kids the World Village in Florida. (60-70 hours)

I am really trying to decided if I should try and apply ED to Wharton or Stern, but I can only pick on because both are binding. I am applying early to Georgetown because it is not binding.

^ When you EA to Georgetown, you can’t apply anywhere ED. They clearly stipulate that.

Then I would eliminate Georgetown from the early application process.

GTown - reach
UPenn - reach
NYU - low reach
Maryland - match
UMiami - match

ACT/SAT need to be dramatically improved. Like 32/2050.

Sports are great!!! With clubs though, you are lacking somewhat.

UPenn Wharton - High Reach
NYU Stern - Reach
Georgetown - Reach
Maryland - Match
UMiami - Match

Sorry to say but our SAT scores are well below average for UPenn, NYU, and Georgetown.
