Chances at UPenn?

Are my extracurriculars/volunteer work good enough to compete with other top students applying to highly selective schools such as UPenn? Oh, and I'm curious: is a 3.6 weighted too low?
(p.s.- I purposely removed the names of the organization and location for the sake of my identity.)

Great EC’s, but your SAT’s and really low for Penn. Take them again. Do you have an AP’s? Would you try taking the ACT?
Chance back please.

Great ECs, SAT and GPA way too low for Penn. While your ECs show efficient use of time they don’t show passion. In my personal opinion, while I bet your a great person, I doubt you will be admitted to Penn.

Good luck! :)
