Chances at USC

I'm redoing my old thread with updated information

I'm full Filipino, born in Hawaii and living in Oregon. Second oldest, with my oldest sibling in college right now. No one in my family has gone to USC.

UW GPA 3.4
Class rank: 17/42
Competitive school
SAT: 2000
ACT: 33

APs: Environmental Science, Biology, Calculus, Lit. and Comp., Physics (school only has 8 teachers, so options are limited)

ECs:
Mock Trial: 3 years
Science Fair: 3 years
Model UN: 2 years
Started a Dodgeball League (largest membership in school - about 70/185)
Taekwondo: 6 years, avg. 2 hours training and 7 hours teaching a week
Jiu-jitsu: 2 years, avg. 2 hours training per week
Teaching myself to play guitar, playing for 2 years

Community Service:
Each black belt test I've done required community service projects, ranging from volunteering at the food bank to leading a park clean up.
I've done about 15 of those projects, along with helping other students with their projects.

With a strong essay, what are my chances for USC?

Your GPA is below average for USC. Do try to raise it significantly. Also, do not submit your SAT score.
