Well you gave us no shred of information about you... so no one can even begin to predict your chances. Any SATs? GPA? Ecs?

USC's a lot easier than UCLA to get into...though even then w/ no info about you, can't tell you anything

I dunno about UCLA being alot harder to get into but i think many different factors contribute to the admission process of each school, UC-qualification and such which USC does not have, so the fact that you were rejected by UCLA does not affect your chances at USC

USC is upping their standards, Don't be too sure that USC is easier to get into. I think that USC has a better standard of admissions because they're more consistent. UCLA is all over the place.

I wanted an unbiased answer of which the difficulty of schools.
Stats:
1200 SAT
510-560-580 (Incredibly low so I didn't report them, but they were sent via collegeboard)
Many EC's
Good Rec's.
Good Essay.

Yeah actually i need to change what i said.

I could be wrong, but it seems USC does have pretty consistent admissions standards, though it seems to me their standard's are lower than UCLA's standards for non URM's, athletes, and the less affluent. But by no means is USC an easy school to get into, I just think it's easier than UCLA if you're not one of the aforementioned. You may want to take a look at the stats threads of USC and UCLA and I believe you'll see what I mean. In either case, good luck to wherever you want to go.
