So far I have applied to the following schools: USF, UCF, FGCU, FAU

I have been accepted to FAU & FGCU so far.

What are my chances for UCF and USF? Also are there any out of state schools (I'm a Florida resident) that I would have a good chance at but also have the opportunity for a decent amount of financial aid? This is just a thought because I haven't researched any schools out of Florida.

You will not get any merit aid with your scores and with your GPA you probably won’t be getting into any schools that give a lot of help for low income.

My family doesn’t have a low income ($100,000+). I wanted to know if there was aid available to make it as affordable as in state Florida tuition. Guess I’m staying here which is absolutely fine with me.

Yeah I’ve looked and nothings as good as in state with bright futures. Now just gotta decide which school.

USF has a chart that they use for admissions on their website; I think UCF would be a big reach though, sorry.

This is the chart you speak of http://usfweb2.usf.edu/Admissions/pdf/counselor-grid.pdf

We will see what happens, they currently have my application. USF is currently my first choice! I took a visit there a year ago and was in love with the campus and overall atmosphere.

Good luck! That was the chart :D

Thank you Cens10! I really hope to get into USF. I know my GPA is a bit low, but every schools recalculates it differently. I will hopefully find out the decision soon.
