What are my chances to attend UT-Austin, UCLA, University of Oregon

My GPA for High School so far

9 Grade is 3.7 GPA

10th Grade is 3.53

11 Grade for the 1st sem is estimated to be 3.55 GPA.

I particapte in Cross Country , and Track in my high school, and plan to get a job in a few months. Also what advice, if any should help me out in my college plans.

UCLA will be a huge reach, their average GPA is like 3.8 unweighted, or like 4.1 weighted. something will have to come up that separates you from the pack if you want better chances at UCLA.

If you live in Texas, UT-Austin will probably be a bit of stretch with your current GPA, but possible (if you're in the top quarter of your class). Of course, a great score on the ACT would improve your chances considerably.

If you're out of state, UT will be a major stretch. Something like 6% of the student body hails from outside Texas, and it can be highly selective for certain majors. FWIW, years ago I applied OOS and got rejected from UT-Austin (engineering) with a 31/1400 ACT/SAT, 3.7 GPA, tons of EC's, etc.

Right now I'm ranked 100 out of 641. Which put me at about top 15% in my class. Right now I'm study my @$$ off more to move up the ranks to be in the top 10% for the end of the 6th semester. And also I want to improve my chances for UT Austin or Oregon.

Btw, I don't if it improves my chances are not but I took a SATII Subject test in US History & will take another one in June. If I score good on them will that improve for UCLA, UT AUSTIN. Just asking.

Oregon - Match
UCLA - High Reach
UT - Reach

You should get into Oregon with a decent SAT/ACT score.
For UCLA, you need at least a 4.0 UC GPA and at least a 2000 SAT/30 ACT to have a chance since you're OOS.
For UT, they don't even look at your GPA, only class rank and test scores. Since you're in-state, I'd say top 15% and a 2000 SAT should get you in.
