College of Communication is going to look at your English score first because it’s more important. Try to improve scores since there is nothing you can do about your GPA/rank. </p>
<p>Your ECs look very good. You need to write very good essays and submit resume. If you have any portfolio (articles, publications), post it somewhere online and include links in your resume.
And letters of recommendation will mean a lot.</p>
<p>There are not many international students in the College of Communication (undergraduate level), and since Communication becomes more and more global, the fact that you are international will be to your advantage. </p>
