It would be great if anyone could give me an idea on where I stand in terms of the three schools I stated in the title(UVA, Virginia Tech, Bucknell, and Carnegie Mellon. I believe my real weakness is my SAT scores. However, do you believe there is a chance those could get overlooked?

Objective:
SAT I (breakdown): 1870 (600 CR, 600 W, 670 M)
ACT: 29
SAT II: 690 US History, 720 Math II
GPA (out of 100): 92.7
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): We don't rank, but I'm in the top quartile.
AP (place score in parenthesis): AP Econ Macro (Taking this year), AP Econ Micro (Taking this year), Enviro (4), US History (4), AP Calc AB (Taking this year), AP Stats (Taking this year),
Senior Year Course Load: AP AB Calculus, AP Stats, AP Micro, AP Macro, Advanced (honors) Physics, Sculpture
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): Nothing super impressive, but here goes:
-Character Award at school(Given to two students per semester)
-Headmaster's Award (4 Years in a row) (Achieving all grades above an 90)

Subjective:
Extracurriculars:
-Started Event Management Company as a sophomore and had a net revenue of about $9800 a year and hired eight employees
-Admissions Ambassador for School
-President of Automobile Club and Multi Cultural Student Alliance
-Varsity Soccer Team (11/12th Grade)
-Outside of School Premier Club Soccer Team (#12 in VA/Captain since 11th grade)
-President of prestigious Cultural Organization outside of school(Help lead cultural events, fundraisers, etc)
Summer Activities: Internship in Tokyo, Japan at a steel & wire manufacturing company for two weeks.
Essays: All are rock solid. Have shown to multiple english teachers, college advisors, college professors(through Parent's contacts) and all have given very positive feedback.
Teacher Recommendation: Both will be very good. Have very good relationships with both teachers.
Counselor Rec: Solid
Additional Rec: Getting a recommendation from President of the company I interned for. He is also the president of the alumni association at a very prestigious Ivy League school.

Everything but your sat scores and maybe GPa seem very good. However that sat/act score will hold you down. Tough to chance someone like you but here goes
Bucknell - low reach
Vtech - not sure
UVA - reach
Cmu- reach

UVA: Low Reach - They value extra-circulars. If your standardized testing was better, it would be a match.
Virginia Tech: Safety
Bucknell: Low Reach/Match
CMU: Reach

I think it would also be helpful to see the rest of your transcript. I’m puzzled that there is no English for senior year - most of those schools require 4 years of English, unless you took two last year.

What about foreign language? It looks like you are taking a nice courseload, but not as competitive as some kids applying to those schools (i.e. no AP hard science, AP English etc)

@Surfcity: I actually do take an English this year as well. My school is a small private school, so we don’t offer the wide array of APs like other schools. We don’t have AP lang, AP lit, etc. Seniors are only offered a college style senior english.

My 92.7 average doesn’t reflect my whole transcript. It only takes into account my three years at my current school. I transferred from another school. My averages, hence are:

You don’t indicate what school at CMU you are applying to but I would think that CMU would be a reach. I do hope that you have some other schools as back-up in addition to Virginia Tech, because UVA might be a low reach as well.
