<p>I was wondering if you could give me some prespective of my chances of admission into engineering at UVA and Virginia Tech, I know that these are highly competitive schools and I want to know if i have a shot.
Ok so here are some stats:
The Good:
will have taken 11 ap classes by graduation ( AP Physics B, AP Physics C, AP Chemistry, AP Enviro, AP Calc AB, AB Calc BC, AP Gov, AP Micro, AP Macro, AP Us and AP spanish.)
Great science fair project on the effect of equilibrium plasma on flame stabilization in jet engines.
Alot of extracurriculars, vice president of science honor society at my school, captain of my swim team, ( plan to swim in college), 300+ service hours, age group swim coach, organized a swim-a-thon, acitve in my church ect...
5 ap exams taken with scores of 5 on all of them

The bad:
3.3 GPA UW, alot of Bs
4.6 Weighted
28 act no writing
680 Cr

<p>Are you instate? Because that helps a lot with UVA! Your APs are insane so colleges will look at you course load. But, your gpa is a bit low & so is your testing. You should do those tests again & get superb recommendations, good luck!</p>
