Chances at UVA, UNC, ND? (student at a new school)

I know it's preferred to do these at the end of junior year, but my academic year is basically over right now, so most of this stuff is final.

Overview:
I am part of the 3rd graduating class at a new high school. Our school only offers 11 AP's, more than half of which are non-core classes (Art History, Languages, Music Theory, Computer Science). My class specifically is extremely competitive. The top 15% of our class would all be valedictorians of this year's class by literal GPA standards. Another small note is that I take Italian, and thus have been prevented from adding that AP to my courseload, and getting a chance at another exam. In that class, we have not had a teacher for more than a year since 7th grade (extremely unlucky, first teacher of high school teaches at a college now, all the others have either quit or been fired).

Applying To (by order of preference):
University of Virginia
University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (grandfather, if it counts, makes me a legacy)
University of Notre Dame (uncle has donated a lot of money there if it counts)
Cornell University
Wake Forest University
University of Virginia Tech

Planning to Attend Business Schools for all schools, and I'm a White Male from New Jersey.

GPA:
3.9 UW, 4.39 W

AP, IB, and Honors:
2 AP's currently, 6 total by end of next year (USH and Eng Lang/Comp currently, with Physics, Art History, Calculus, Eng Lit/Comp next year) All other classes have been Honors, outside of two electives FR/SO year, then one elective this year. Oh and PE.

Class Rank:
Top 10% of 150 (our school doesn't release rankings, I believe I am in the Top 10 though)

SAT I Scores:
1410/1600, 2180/2400 single sitting (720 M, 690 CR, 770 W), only taken it once so far, will be taking it again and June (I have scored much higher and M and CR on PSAT's/practice tests, up in the 750-770 range for both sections). No ACT scores as of yet, but probably will take them (on a practice SAT/ACT at our school we were given 25 minutes to do the ACT sections and I got a composite of 29, can't remember each section though)

SAT II Scores:
790 USH, 750 Math II, will be taking Lit at some point as well

AP Scores:
US History: I can say with extreme confidence that I got a 5 on that exam, but if I did absolutely horrible, it could be a 4.
Eng. Lang/Comp: Probably a 3 or 4 based on every practice test I've taken and essays from teacher (former AP grader)

Extracurriculars:
--Cross Country, Winter Track, Spring Track: Qualified for State Championships in the 1600m junior year and 800m in freshman year, member of Sectional Championship XC Team this year also (Sectionals is all the schools within each size bracket for Central Jersey for those who don't know this format)
--Interact (Secretary by office, but do much more than the title) (9-11)
--FBLA (same as above, Reporter by office, but do A LOT more than the title) (11
--Founder/President of Consumer Bowl chapter (11)
--Organized a 5k for Doctors Without Borders (11)
--Peer Tutor (11)
--Write articles for local newspaper on a weekly basis (9-11)
--Teach a CCD class on a weekly basis (11)
--National Honor Society (11)
--Italian National Honor Society (11)

Although it may appear like some of these EC's are simply for the resume, this glut of clubs came after our school created an athletic study hall, because many students literally could not join clubs or do anything else if they played a sport. Once I got that extra hour, everything turned around for me.

Employment:
--Summers before 9th and 10th grade: Country Kettle Chowda Hut (15 hr/wk, left because of school)
--Summer before 11th grade: Five Below (10 hr/wk, again left because of school)
--11th grade (year round): Pump it Up (20 hr/wk, do not plan on leaving anytime soon)
Some people ask this, Pump it Up is a place that people can rent out for birthday parties, events, etc.

Honors/Awards:
--2008 Team Sectional Championship XC
--2009 Indoor Track State Berth (1600m, 4th place in qualifying meet)
--National Merit Scholar Commended Student
--Invited to and Attended Rotary Youth Leadership Awards

--Principal's Honor Roll Freshman and Sophomore (most likely junior as well)
--Academic Letter (Varsity Letter for Academics)

Recs/Essays:
--All three recs will be EXTREMELY good. AP History Teacher, English Teacher/Track Coach, and Guidance Counselor.
--I've started brainstorming for an essay, but I have very good writing skills, so these should be great.

Other Information:
--Enrolled at local community college for a psychology course next year

My main problem is that my numbers don't speak for me and that my school is new. If anyone has any suggestions or comments, please reply or shoot me a PM.

do you live instate for virginia?
if so, then you’re in good shape for vt, and uva will be a reach, but it is for pretty much everyone. if instate for unc you’re pretty good, maybe a slight reach, if out-of-state then it’s a reach, basically for everyone as well. not positive about others.

No I live in NJ, and the out-of-state is exactly why I’m so unsure about these schools.
